rick_z.jpgRick Zednik (SHS '89) has recently changed jobs to become CEO of the Women in Parliaments Global Forum (WIP). On July 10, 2016, he had a column published on The Huffington Post explaining why he, as a man, is committing to helping increase the number and influence of women in politics.

Rick is committing to increasing the proportion of women in positions of power — and thereby decreasing the proportion of seats occupied by his own sex — because he's convinced he will benefit. He expects to gain as he expects all of society will gain.
